1. Postanowienia ogólne
Niniejszy regulamin określa zasady korzystania z platformy Vertalyze, dostępnej pod adresem vertalyze.com (dalej: „Serwis").
Serwis jest prowadzony przez Hubert Stańczyk, z siedzibą w Polsce (dalej: „Usługodawca").

Korzystanie z Serwisu oznacza akceptację niniejszego regulaminu.
2. Konto użytkownika
Rejestracja wymaga podania aktywnego adresu email oraz potwierdzenia go poprzez kliknięcie linku weryfikacyjnego.
Użytkownik jest odpowiedzialny za bezpieczeństwo swojego hasła i danych logowania.
Jedno konto może być używane wyłącznie przez jedną osobę.
Usługodawca może zawiesić lub usunąć konto w przypadku naruszenia regulaminu lub działań zagrażających bezpieczeństwu Serwisu.
3. Dostępne plany
Free
Użytkownicy planu Free mogą korzystać z narzędzi kalkulacyjnych do 3 razy tygodniowo. Limit odnawia się w każdy poniedziałek o godzinie 00:00 UTC.
Early Access
Wybrani użytkownicy mogą otrzymać rozszerzony dostęp do funkcji Serwisu w ramach programu Early Access. Dostęp przyznawany jest indywidualnie przez Usługodawcę.
Funkcje dostępne w Early Access mogą ulegać zmianom, być czasowo niedostępne lub usuwane bez wcześniejszego powiadomienia.
4. Charakter narzędzi
Wszystkie narzędzia, kalkulatory, symulatory i analizy dostępne w Serwisie mają wyłącznie charakter orientacyjny, edukacyjny i informacyjny.
Vertalyze nie jest powiązany z żadną oficjalną organizacją rankingową, federacją sportową ani organizatorem zawodów.
Wyniki generowane przez Serwis nie stanowią oficjalnej punktacji, klasyfikacji ani rekomendacji treningowych lub medycznych.
Metodologie wykorzystywane przez Serwis opierają się między innymi na publicznie dostępnych danych i modelach analitycznych.
5. Własność intelektualna
Wszystkie elementy Serwisu, w tym kod źródłowy, logotypy, identyfikacja wizualna, interfejs użytkownika, treści, modele kalkulacyjne oraz materiały dostępne w Serwisie stanowią własność Usługodawcy lub są wykorzystywane na podstawie odpowiednich licencji.
Zabrania się kopiowania, dekompilacji, reverse engineeringu, automatycznego pobierania danych, scrapingu lub wykorzystywania elementów Serwisu bez uprzedniej pisemnej zgody Usługodawcy.
6. Dostępność Serwisu
Usługodawca dokłada starań, aby zapewnić prawidłowe działanie Serwisu, jednak nie gwarantuje jego nieprzerwanej dostępności.
Serwis może być czasowo niedostępny w związku z pracami technicznymi, rozwojem platformy lub względami bezpieczeństwa.
Vertalyze jest rozwijającą się platformą analityczną, a funkcje Serwisu mogą być dodawane, modyfikowane lub usuwane.
7. Ograniczenie odpowiedzialności
Korzystanie z Serwisu odbywa się na własne ryzyko użytkownika.
Usługodawca nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za decyzje podjęte na podstawie wyników lub analiz dostępnych w Serwisie.
Serwis jest dostarczany w formule „as is".
W maksymalnym zakresie dopuszczonym przez obowiązujące przepisy prawa odpowiedzialność Usługodawcy wobec użytkownika jest ograniczona do kwoty zapłaconej przez użytkownika za korzystanie z Serwisu w ciągu ostatnich 12 miesięcy.
8. Zmiany regulaminu
Usługodawca może zmieniać niniejszy regulamin.
O istotnych zmianach użytkownicy zostaną poinformowani drogą emailową lub poprzez komunikat w Serwisie.
9. Prawo właściwe
Do regulaminu stosuje się prawo polskie.
Wszelkie spory będą rozstrzygane przez właściwe sądy na terytorium Polski.

1. General provisions
These Terms of Service define the rules for using the Vertalyze platform available at vertalyze.com (the "Service").
The Service is operated by Hubert Stańczyk, based in Poland ("Service Provider").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. User account
Registration requires a valid email address and verification through an email confirmation link.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their password and account credentials.
One account may only be used by one person.
The Service Provider may suspend or remove accounts violating these Terms or threatening the security of the Service.
3. Available plans
Free
Users on the Free plan may use calculation tools up to 3 times per calendar week. Limits reset every Monday at 00:00 UTC.
Early Access
Selected users may receive extended access to platform features as part of the Early Access program. Access is granted individually by the Service Provider.
Early Access features may change, become temporarily unavailable or be removed without prior notice.
4. Nature of the tools
All tools, calculators, simulations and analytics available within the Service are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Vertalyze is not affiliated with any official ranking organization, sports federation or race organizer.
Results generated by the Service do not constitute official rankings, classifications or training/medical recommendations.
The methodologies used by the Service are partially based on publicly available data and analytical models.
5. Intellectual property
All elements of the Service, including source code, branding, interface design, visual identity, analytical models and content are the property of the Service Provider or are used under appropriate licenses.
Copying, reverse engineering, automated data extraction, scraping or unauthorized use of any part of the Service is prohibited without prior written consent.
6. Service availability
The Service Provider makes reasonable efforts to ensure the proper operation of the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Service may become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, development work or security reasons.
Vertalyze is an evolving analytics platform and features may be added, modified or removed over time.
7. Limitation of liability
Use of the Service is at the user's own risk.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for decisions made based on calculations, analytics or results available within the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for access to the Service during the previous 12 months.
8. Changes to the Terms
The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time.
Users may be informed about significant changes via email or through notices displayed within the Service.
9. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by Polish law.
Any disputes shall be resolved by competent courts located in Poland.
